3.1 Overview

At Mental Equity, we design our coaching programs with deep care, structure, and commitment to each

client's growth. Before enrolling, we encourage prospective clients to thoroughly review all program

details, ask questions, and make an informed decision. This Refund Policy governs all payment-related

matters.

3.2 No-Refund Policy - General Rule

Once full payment has been received as agreed u

pon at the time of enrolment, no refund will be

issued under any circumstances, except as expressly provided in Section 3.4 below.

By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have reviewed the program details and understand the scope of coaching services

The coaching methodology, schedule, and deliverables have been communicated to you

You are voluntarily entering into this agreement with a full understanding of the non-refundable nature

of payment

Coaching services are personal in nature and cannot be resold or transferred to another individual

This policy is consistent with the provisions of the Consu

mer Protection Act, 2019, as coaching is a personalised service for which payment secures dedicated time, resources, and preparation on the part of the coach.

3.3 What Your Payment Covers

Your programme fee covers:

Reserved coach time and availability for the duration of the programme

Curated frameworks, tools, and resources provided during coaching

Personalised planning, accountability stru

ctures, and session preparation

Given that these resources and time commitments are dedicated specifically to you

upon payment, the fee s non-refundable once paid.

3.4 Conditional Refund Consideration

Mental Equity acknowledges its responsibility to deliver genuine value. In exceptional circumstances, a

refund request may be considered (not guaranteed) only if all of the following conditions are met:

1. Full programme duration has been completed - the client has participated through the entire

programme without prematurely discontinuing

2. Evidence of action - the client must provide documented evidence demonstrating that they diligently

undertook all actions, exercises, and tasks assigned or recommended by their coach during the

programme

3. Genuine lack of results - the client must demonstrate, with reasonable substantiation, that despite

full and sincere effort in following the coach's guidance, they were unable to observe any meaningful

progress or benefit

4. Written request - a formal refund request must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7

days of programme completion, clearly outlining the aboveMeeting the above conditions does not automatically entitle a client to a refund. Each request will be reviewed on its merits at the sole discretion of Mental Equity. The Company reserves the right to decline any refund request.

3.5 Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds will not be considered in the following circumstances:

- Change of mind or personal circumstances after payment

- Failure to attend, complete, or engage with scheduled sessions

- Partial completion of the programme

- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preference rather than demonstrated effort and lack of results

- Disputes arising from unrealistic expectations not aligned with the communicated programme scope

3.6 Programme Transfer

If a client is unable to continue due to exceptional personal circumstances, they may write to

[email protected] to request a programme deferral or transfer to a future batch, at the Company's sole

discretion. This is offered as a goodwill gesture and is not a guaranteed right.

3.7 Disputes

Any dispute arising in connection with payments or this Refund Policy shall first be addressed through

direct communication with the Company. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the governing law and

jurisdiction specified in the Terms and Conditions.
