Cancellation Policy

4.1 Programme Cancellation by the Client

Once a client has enrolled in and paid for a coaching programme, cancellation is governed by Policy above. Specifically, Cancellation requests after payment do not entitle the client to a refund by the Refund: A client may request a programme transfer or deferral as described in Section 3.6 of the Refund Policy, subject to the Company's discretion

4.2 Session Cancellation or Rescheduling

Individual coaching sessions that are part of an enrolled programme are subject to the following: Client-initiated rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule a session without it being counted as completed. Requests must be made via email to [[email protected]] or through the communication channel designated by your coach. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours): Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as completed and cannot be reclaimed or refunded. No-shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, that session will be forfeited without credit.

4.3 Cancellation by Mental Equity

Mental Equity reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session in the event of: Coach unavailability due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, internet outages, etc.) In such cases, the affected session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time at no additional cost to the client. The Company's liability is limited to rescheduling and does not extend to any form of compensation.

4.4 Programme Termination by Mental Equity

Mental Equity reserves the right to terminate a client's enrolment, with no refund obligation, if the client: Engages in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful conduct towards the coach or staff Violates these Terms and Conditions or the agreed programme guidelines Engages in any behaviour that undermines the coaching relationship or the integrity of the programme

4.5 How to Cancel or Reschedule

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to: Email:[email protected] Website: mentalequity.in Verbal requests over call or messaging apps will not be accepted as formal cancellation notices unless confirmed via email. 4.6 Governing Law This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India and shall be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy published on this Website.
